Off the Beaten Path Yoga believes that yoga should be accessible to all, not just the strongest or most flexible. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been away from your yoga practice, how well you balance or how deeply you can go in a yoga pose.  Whether on the trail or the yoga mat, you have every right to feel comfortable in your own skin—to let go of fears and insecurities and find the courage to meet yourself in the moment with grace and compassion.  

When we are comfortable in our own skin, we are home.
